Ultimate Specialty Series

These wines are exquisitely flavoured, rich, sweet and ultra-premium
after-dinner wines; the perfect finale for any meal. Each kit makes approximately 11.5 litres (Dry Sherry makes 10.5 litres) of luscious wine in about four weeks but all will benefit from aging in the bottle.

Riesling Ice Wine Style*
Deeply aromatic with flavours of peach and herbs. Subtle suggestions of honey, flowers and spice in the bouquet. Makes 12 litres (3 US gallons). Region of Origin: California
