When you visit Wine Kitz Brantford for the first time, we will explain the difference between the various styles of wine kit and what significance that difference has. We will also give you our coloured Product Guide, a very elegant little book with very nice descriptors of our wines and the country of origin of each kit. We will give you a little tour of the winery and explain to you each piece of equipment and what you will do when you come to bottle. We will then create a computer file for you. Your personal file will keep a history of each kit that you make, when it was started, when it was bottled etc. Once this is accomplished, you are then ready to make your wine, a process which takes approximately 5 minutes. Once you have started your wine, you will return to bottle your wine by appointment. Appointments are booked on the half hour.
